UFC president Dana White said light-heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier was devastated when he was told the news that Jon Jones had failed a drug test and was pulled off Saturday’s UFC 200 card.
He wasn’t exaggerating.
In the latest episode of UFC Embedded, that moment was caught on camera.

Cormier wanted a second shot at Jones so much he is even overheard asking White if he can sign a waiver or do anything so they can just ignore the test result and fight anyways.
Cormier lost a unanimous decision to Jones at UFC 182 last January, the first and only loss of his career, and has been eyeing a rematch ever since.
Jones held a press conference Thursday to address his failed test.
“I want to apologize to Daniel Cormier,” an emotional Jones said. “I know this fight means a lot to him. The fight meant a lot to me and the fight’s not happening.”
