Q: How do I get an activation code?
A: Activation codes are generated from the Sportsnet apps on your Apple TV, or other console devices in the Live TV section. Either select locked content or click on Sign-In.
Q: What happens if I see “N/A” as an activation code?
A: If you see N/A for your activation code, this means that something went wrong with the generation of the code. If this is the case we would suggest the following:
– Confirm that you are on the latest version of the app (for Apple TV 2.1 or above)
– Try to generate a new code either using on-screen instructions, or by closing the activation code page and re-opening
– Try again at a later time in case it is an intermittent issue
– If all of the above fail, please let us know at SN_DigitalProducts@rci.rogers.com
Q: Why isn’t my TV provider listed?
A: We are working to add additional TV providers to Sportsnet NOW. If you don’t see your provider listed, contact them to express your interest in receiving Sportsnet NOW. Currently supported TV Providers are: Rogers, Shaw, Bell, Telus, Cogeco, SaskTel, and Source.
Q: Am I able to purchase a subscription to Sportsnet online?
A: At the current time the activation flow for connected TV devices is available for Sportsnet subscribers with participating cable or satellite TV providers only.
Q: How long is my activation code valid for?
A: Activation codes generated on the device are valid for 15 minutes. If you need to generate a new code, please do so either by closing and re-opening the page on your device showing the code, or by using your controller to generate a new code based on instructions on-screen.
Q. I am a Sportsnet, Sportsnet One and/or Sportsnet 360 TV subscriber with a participating TV provider but not able to access all the channels I subscribe to?
Contact your TV service provider to ensure your online registration is complete and that your subscription entitlements are current and accurate.
Please note: Bell customers are currently not eligible for digital streaming of Sportsnet 360, or Sportsnet World at this time, even if included in your TV package. Please contact Bell for more details.
