Season 7 of Bellator Fighting Championships continued with the heavyweight tournament quarterfinals at Bellator 75. Four advanced to the tournament semis, with Rich Hale and Vinicius Queiroz scoring emphatic wins. Thiago Santos was declared a winner when he could not continue due to an illegal low blow by Eric Prindle, while Russian prospect Alexander Volkov outpointed former Strikeforce top contender Brett Rogers.
Bellator CEO Bjorn Rebney announced that the heavyweight tournament semi-finals will take place Nov. 2 card at the Casino Rama in Ontario.
