Rob Ford celebrated after upsetting Hulk Hogan in an arm-wrestling match Friday morning.
While attending a Fan Expo in Toronto, the city’s mayor Rob Ford took on WWE superstar Hulk Hogan in an arm-wrestling match, and the bulky politician emerged victorious over the pro wrestler in a stunning upset.
