The Twitter feud has intensified between Strikeforce middleweight champion Luke Rockhold and Lorenz Larkin with the addition of Rockhold’s American Kickboxing Academy teammate Muhammed (King Mo) Lawal.
After Rockhold pulled out of a bout on the upcoming Jan. 12 card Strikeforce: Champions, challenger Larkin called him a coward, to which the former responded in kind.
@LukeRockhold: “I want nothing more than to fight u #EasyMoney but Im not gonna fight anyone one handed. Shut ur mouth and know ur place.”
Larkin (@da_monsoon) kept things going: “lol #easymoney I didnt think you were that funny and if you were hurt why did you sign the contract? Dickface”
And it continued from there…
@LukeRockhold: “I never signed it and I never started training for it because I couldn’t. Nothing but bulls— out ur mouth”
@da_monsoon: “ok then why would I be in camp training for you if we weren’t a confirmed bout”
Things got even more interesting Thursday when Lawal, the former Strikeforce light-heavyweight champ chimed in on Thursday afternoon.

@kingmofh look I know that’s ur boy and you wanna stick up for himbut I wouldn’t wast my time or my coach’s time doing another camp forhim

Larkin will now take on Ronaldo (Jacare) Souza on the January card, which is expected to be Strikeforce’s last. So if the former is to meet Rockhold eventually, it will likely be in the UFC.
That is, if he decides it’s worth the risk that he might “wast (sic)” his or his coach’s time again.
