In North America mixed martial arts is still a growing sport. However, in South America — Brazil in particular — the sport and its athletes are just popular as soccer and its biggest stars.
UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva is taking that popularity to a new level with a recent photo shoot. Silva recently appeared on the Brazilian cover of Rolling Stone Magazine, impersonating one of the most famous pop culture icons ever, Michael Jackson.

Next up for Silva is a UFC 148 title defence against Chael Sonnen on July 7 where fans will see whether or not he can moonwalk all over his trash-talking opponent for a second time. Pun very much intended.
