It looks as if boxing’s dream matchup of Floyd Mayweather Jr. versus Manny Pacquiao is only a matter of time until its officially announced.
After hearing that Pacquiao has reportedly agreed to a May 2 fight in Las Vegas and word that HBO and Showtime have settled on how the fight would be broadcasted, we get this little gem from Mayweather’s Instagram account.
In case you didn’t hear what Mayweather said, here’s a transcription:
“I congratulate him [Pacquiao] on his career. He had a wonderful career and I had a wonderful career, but before we leave the sport, of course we have to make this fight happen.”
