Cory Joseph is headed overseas.
The Canadian point guard signed a contract with AS Monaco to continue his professional basketball career outside of the NBA on Thursday.
Joseph, a 34-year-old from Toronto, played last season with the Orlando Magic but did not secure a new gig in the off-season.
He spent 14 seasons in the NBA also with the San Antonio Spurs, Toronto Raptors, Indiana Pacers, Sacramento Kings, Detroit Pistons and Golden State Warriors.
Over 866 games, Joseph averaged 6.7 points, 2.9 assists and 2.4 rebounds per contest. He won a title as a member of the 2014 Spurs, who originally selected him 29th overall in the 2011 draft.
Joseph has also been a constant presence on the Canadian men's national team, but he was left off the roster for the 2024 Olympics.
