Atlanta Hawks shooting guard Bogdan Bogdanovic will miss Game 5 of the Eastern Conference first-round series against the Miami Heat on Tuesday night because of soreness in his right knee.

Bogdanovic had been troubled at times during the regular season with knee issues and had also been dealing with an ankle injury.

The 29-year-old Bogdanovic scored a total of 27 points, 12 rebounds, nine assists and two steals in Games 2 and 3, but had just four points in Game 4 Sunday as the Hawks fell 110-86 and are now on the brink of elimination.

Atlanta also ruled out shooting guard Lou Williams (low back discomfort) for Game 5 while centre Clint Capela (right knee hyperextension) is available to play.

Miami can close out the series at home but will be missing star forward Jimmy Butler (right knee inflammation) and point guard Kyle Lowry (left hamstring strain).
