Fresh off the news that Kawhi Leonard will miss Wednesday's Game 5, the Utah Jazz announced that they'll be down a star of their own.

The Jazz say all-star guard Mike Conley will be out of the matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers as he continues to deal with a right hamstring strain. The 33-year-old has yet to suit up in the second-round series after playing all five games against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Conley initially suffered the injury in February, forcing him to miss 21 regular-season games. While he made it through the first four contests against the Grizzlies, Conley re-aggravated it in Utah's Game 5 win.

The 14-season NBA veteran has averaged 17.4 points and 8.6 assists on 46.7 per cent shooting, including 54.8 per cent from beyond the arc, in the playoffs.

Game 5 between the Clippers and Jazz tips off at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT on Sportsnet 360.
