Damian Lillard was the first pick from the reserves and Joel Embiid was the first starter selected as Team LeBron and Team Giannis filled out their rosters for the NBA All-Star Game on Sunday.
Here are the full rosters from the draft
Toronto Raptors forward Pascal Siakam was the ninth-overall pick of the draft. He reunites with his former teammate -- DeMar DeRozan -- on Team Giannis.
Canadian Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder, a first-time all-star, was selected with the fifth-overall pick, joining Team Giannis after Antetokounmpo accidentally tried to select starter Ja Morant.
Giannis still got his wish and selected Morant with his second pick of the starters.
The NBA tried to get rid of the stink behind the final pick of the draft by having the captains select the reserves first, but for posterity's sake, Jaren Jackson Jr. of the Memphis Grizzlies was the final pick of the reserves, which in previous years would've been the final overall pick of the draft.
Technically though, the true last pick of the draft was the hometown kid -- Utah Jazz forward Lauri Markkanen.
Embiid was the first starter selected, joining LeBron James' team, despite being named a starter as an injury replacement for Kevin Durant.
Antetokounmpo chose to pass over Bucks teammate Jrue Holiday with his first reserve pick, selecting 3-point champion Lillard instead. He still made sure to select his guy on his next pick, takingHoliday third overall.
James reunited with former Cavaliers teammate Kyrie Irving with his second starter pick, and also paired him with new Mavericks teammate Luka Doncic.
