The 2026 NBA champion will be determined by June 19, at the latest.
The league unveiled the NBA Finals schedule on Tuesday, with Game 1 of the championship series slated for June 3. All games will begin at 8:30 p.m. ET / 5:30 p.m. PT.
Seven different teams have hoisted the Larry O'Brien Trophy in the last seven years since the Toronto Raptors won their first title in 2019.
The reigning champion Oklahoma City Thunder currently lead the Western Conference and NBA with a 36-8 record. The Detroit Pistons, seeking their first title since 2004, are No. 1 in the East at 31-10.
Meanwhile, the Raptors are in position to make the playoffs for the first time since 2022 as they sit fourth in the East at 25-19.
Toronto returns to action Tuesday in a 2019 Finals rematch against the Golden State Warriors, with live coverage on Sportsnet and Sportsnet+ beginning at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT.
