Nets' Durant ruled out for remainder of game vs. Pelicans with knee sprain

Watch as the Brooklyn Nets Kevin Durant is forced to exit the game with an apparent lower-body injury after teammate Bruce Brown tumbles into his leg.

The Brooklyn Nets have ruled out Kevin Durant for the remainder of Saturday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans.

Durant exited the game at the 5:44 mark of the second quarter after colliding with teammate Bruce Brown.

The team announced the star forward has suffered a left knee sprain.

Durant will undergo an MRI on Sunday, sources tell ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Durant is currently averaging 29.7 points, 7.5 rebounds and 5.9 assists this season.
