Giannis Antetokounmpo‘s name is now cemented among the all-time greats.
In the biggest game of his career, the “Greek Freak” poured in an astonishing 50 points on 16-25 shooting, adding 13 rebounds and five blocks to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a Game 6 NBA Finals victory and their first championship in 50 years.
Perhaps most impressive of all, the 26-year-old went 17-19 from the free-throw line, exorcising his demons after shooting 55.6 per cent from the stripe in the rest of the playoffs.
The performance for the ages combined with the end of Milwaukee’s title drought sent the basketball world into a frenzy. Here are some of the best reactions:

Giannis is the 7th player in NBA history to have 50 points in the Finals.
The last two? LeBron James in 2018 and Michael Jordan in 1993. pic.twitter.com/llkcOMwUNe

Giannis Antetokounmpo is more than a success story.
He is living proof that there are many pathways to success… It doesn’t always have to be flashy or perfect.
Stay true to you, put in the work and anything is possible.
