Dalano Banton will not make his return Wednesday, having missed the last 18 games with a hip injury.
Anunoby was absent for the Raptors' 125-116 win against the New York Knicks, a victory that snapped the team's three-game losing skid.
The 25-year-old is averaging 17.4 points, 5.7 rebounds and a league-leading 2.1 steals in 43 appearances this season.
