Toronto Raptors forward O.G. Anunoby left Saturday's game against the Boston Celtics with a right ankle injury and will not return according to the team.
Anunoby suffered the injury midway through the third quarter.
It was originally reported that the defensive stopper had a "jammed right ankle" but would be available to return after getting it re-taped.
But after a second look, the team decided it was best to hold the 25-year-old forward out for the remainder of the game.
Anunoby played 20 minutes before leaving, scoring 12 points and grabbing three rebounds.
