The Toronto Raptors have extended qualifying offers to Chris Boucher, Oshae Brissett and Nando De Colo, making them restricted free agents, the team announced Thursday.
Boucher, a wiry and athletic big man, put up 6.6 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.0 blocks on 47.2 per cent shooting (32.2 per cent from three) in 13.2 minutes per game for the Raptors last season.
Brissett, a fellow Canadian, averaged 1.9 points and 1.4 rebounds in just 7.1 minutes and 19 appearances with the Raptors. The 22-year-old saw more action with the Raptors’ G League affiliate, posting 15.8 points and 6.9 rebounds in nearly 30 minutes per game.
In De Colo, the Raptors can retain the rights to the French guard who last played in the NBA in 2014.
