Toronto Raptors centre Alex Len is out against the Charlotte Hornets Saturday due to health and safety protocols, according to the NBA’s latest injury report.
Len tested positive for COVID-19 back in June.
For Thursday’s contest against the Hornets, Len was listed as out for personal reasons.
The Raptors started big man Aron Baynes last time out and went with Chris Boucher as the backup, otherwise playing small in the minutes without a true centre. It is likely they will do so again.
Acquired in the off-season, Len is averaging 2.3 points and 1.6 rebounds on 50 per cent shooting in 10.9 minutes of action through seven games played.
