Raptors' Lowry, Anunoby, Siakam, VanVleet all out vs. Thunder

The Ringers’ Kevin O’Connor joins Sportsnet Central to discuss if the Raptors should consider tanking for the rest of the NBA season and shares his thoughts on the play-in tournament.

The Toronto Raptors will once again be shorthanded when they take on the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday night.

Kyle Lowry will miss another game due to rest, while OG Anunoby (left calf), Fred VanVleet (left hip), Pascal Siakim (left shoulder) and Jalen Harris (right hip) are all out with various injuries.

Toronto was just fined $25,000 on Saturday for violating the NBA's rest and injury reporting policies.

Despite being shorthanded, the Raptors beat the Orlando Magic on Friday thanks in large part to career-game from Paul Watson Jr., who put up 30 points.

The Raptors currently sit 12th in the Eastern Conference but are just a half-game back of the 10th-seeded Chicago Bulls, who hold the final spot in the post-season play-in tournament.

Oklahoma City is going through troubles of their own, as they are currently in the midst of a nine-game losing streak. The last game the Thunder won? A 113-103 win over the Raptors back on March 31.

Catch the game live on Sportsnet ONE with tip set for 7 p.m. ET.
