Toronto Raptors star Pascal Siakam was unable to finish Saturday’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies due to a left shoulder strain.
Siakam played 30 minutes in Saturday’s game before leaving the court. He had 18 points, three rebounds and four assists, going 8-21 in field goals for the night.
This season, Siakam has been averaging 35.9 minutes and 21.4 points across 55 games.
The Raptors also announced that Rodney Hood would not return to Saturday’s game after X-rays reveal a fracture on his left hand. Hood played 14 minutes against the Grizzlies and added three points, one rebound and one steal.
Several notable Raptors were missing from Saturday’s game, including Kyle Lowry, Fred VanVleet and OG Anunoby. The team entered play Saturday 12th in the Eastern Conference with a 27-40 record.
