Raptors' Stanley Johnson exercises player option for 2020-21 season

Toronto Raptors forward Stanley Johnson has exercised his player option for the 2020-21 season, the team announced Monday.

Financial terms of the player option were not released by the Raptors. According to Spotrac, Johnson will make just over $3.8 million next year by opting in.

The 24-year-old appeared in 25 games for Toronto last season, averaging 2.4 points on 37.3-per cent shooting and 1.5 rebounds in six minutes per game off the bench.
