Philadelphia 76ers guard Danny Green has a torn ACL and faces a long road to recovery, Shams Charania of The Athletic reported on Friday.

Green was forced to leave Game 6 against the Miami Heat after getting into a collision with teammate Joel Embiid.

The play happened in the first quarter as Embiid was driving to the basket and fell on Green's left leg. The former Toronto Rapttor needed to be helped to the locker room as he was carried to the locker room.

The 34-year-old called out Philadelphia for its performance against Miami in Game 5 after losing by 35 points. Green had 21 points in Game 3 and 11 points in Game 4, shooting a combined 10-for-13 from three in Philadelphia's two wins.
