The Memphis Grizzlies reaffirmed their affinity for Canadians on Wednesday.
Montreal's Olivier-Maxence Prosper signed a multi-year contract with the club, the team announced Wednesay.
The deal is for two years, ESPN's Shams Charania reported.
Prosper had previously been playing on a two-way contract.
The 23-year-old has appeared in 36 games for Memphis in his first season with the team, averaging 7.6 points and 3.1 rebounds per contest. He is shooting 54.1 per cent from the floor while draining 38.9 per cent of his three-point attempts.
Prosper, a first-round draft pick in 2023, spent his first two NBA seasons with the Dallas Mavericks, never shooting above 40.2 per cent from the field or averaging more than 3.9 points per game.
Now, he's locked in with fellow Canadians Zach Edey and Brandon Clarke on a retooling Grizzlies squad.
