The Boston Celtics have acquired forward Juancho Hernangomez from the Memphis Grizzlies in exchange for guards Kris Dunn and Carsen Edwards, and a 2026 second-round pick swap, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Hernangomez, 25, has played in five NBA seasons and most recently averaged 7.2 points and 3.9 rebounds for the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2021-22.

Memphis acquired the 2016 first-round pick alongside guard Jarrett Culver from Minnesota in exchange for Patrick Beverley last week.

Dunn, 27, was acquired by the Celtics in a three-team trade earlier in August. He played four games for the Atlanta Hawks last season, missing most of the campaign after undergoing ankle surgery.

Edwards, a 2019 Celtics second-round pick, averaged four points in 31 games for the Celtics last season.

Wojnarowski adds that the deal cannot be officially included until Sept. 15, when Dunn and Edwards are allowed to be included in the trade.
