Free-agent centre DeMarcus Cousins has agreed to join the Houston Rockets, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
ESPN's Tim MacMahon says the deal is for one year.
Cousins, 30, last played for the Golden State Warriors, appearing in 30 regular season games and eight more in the playoffs in 2018-19. He missed the entire 2019-20 season with an Achilles injury, the second such injury of his career.
In 565 games with the Pelicans, Kings and Warriors, Cousins has averaged 21.2 points, 10.9 rebounds and 3.2 assists.
