Svi Mykhailiuk has signed to a one-year contract with the New York Knicks, his agency told Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium.

Charania further reported that the Ukrainian guard/forward has agreed to a partially guaranteed deal.

Mykhailiuk joined the Raptors in 2021 on a two-year deal and had exercised his US$1.9-million player option for the upcoming season.

The Raptors waived the 25-year-old in August to free up a roster spot for guard Jalen Harris.

He averaged 4.6 points and 1.6 rebounds in 56 appearances for the Raptors.
