Atlanta did not disclose terms, however, ESPN‘s Adrian Wojnarowski reported it’s a two-year deal worth $46 million.

Capela, who is already signed with the club for the next two seasons, will now be under contract through 2024-25.
The 27-year-old from Geneva, Switzerland, averaged 15.2 points and a league-leading 14.3 rebounds last season, his first with the Hawks after spending the previous six years with the Houston Rockets.
Capela also averaged a career-high 31.6 minutes over 18 playoff games as the Hawks made it to the Eastern Conference finals for just the second time in 54 years.
The Hawks have been busy this off-season locking up their core, inking all-star guard Trae Young to a five-year, $207-million contract and forward John Collins to a five-year, $125-million deal.
