Free agent guard Victor Oladipo will reportedly return to the Miami Heat for at least one more year, sources tell The Athletic's Shams Charania, on a deal worth $11 million for the season.

Oladipo was traded to the Heat during the 2020-21 trade deadline from the Houston Rockets in exchange for Avery Bradley, Kelly Olynyk and a 2022 pick swap.

As part of the deal that sent James Harden to the Brooklyn Nets, Oladipo was sent to Houston from the Indiana Pacers, but only played in 20 games with the Rockets.

In Miami, Oladipo has appeared in just 12 regular season games due to injury, making his 2021-22 season debut on Mar. 7, waiting 333 days between his last appearance with the Heat.

While in the playoffs, Oladipo averaged 10.6 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game in an average of 24.5 minutes per game.
