The Utah Jazz have traded Bojan Bogdanovic to the Detroit Pistons in exchange for Kelly Olynyk and Saben Lee, sources tell The Athletic's Shams Charania.

Olynyk played in 40 games for the Pistons last season, averaging 19.1 minutes per game good for an average of 9.1 points and 4.4 rebounds. Lee played in 37 games averaging 16.3 minutes and 5.6 points.

Bogdanovic played a much larger role for the Jazz, appearing in 69 games averaging 30.9 minutes per game tipping in an average of 18.1 points and grabbing 4.3 rebounds.

Due to the blockbuster trades of Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell, the Jazz have acquired the makings of a young core, and now look to move veteran pieces like Bogdanovic, Jordan Clarkson, Mike Conley, and Rudy Gay who are all over 30 years old.
