The Dallas Mavericks and guard Tim Hardaway have reached an agreement on a four-year, $72 million deal to remain with the team, according to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.
The 29-year-old averaged 16.6 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 70 games with the Mavericks last season. He posted an additional 17 points and 3.3 rebounds per game in seven post-season appearances.
Hardaway arrived to Dallas after being traded from the New York Knicks in January 2019 as part of the Kristaps Porzingis deal. DeAndre Jordan, Wesley Matthews and Dennis Smith Jr. went in the other direction as part of the transaction.
