Norman Powell will sign a five-year, $90-million contract with the Portland Trail Blazers, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

The former Toronto Raptors guard averaged 18.6 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists on 47.7 per cent shooting in 69 games split between Toronto and Portland last season.

Powell joined the Trail Blazers via a trade from the Raptors in exchange for Gary Trent Jr. and Rodney Hood at last season's deadline.
