The injury bug keeps biting the Denver Nuggets.
Cam Johnson will be out four to six weeks with a knee injury, ESPN's Shams Charania reported on Thursday.
Fellow starters Aaron Gordon (hamstring) and Christian Braun (ankle) also are sidelined for Denver.
An MRI on Wednesday revealed that Johnson suffered only a bone bruise to his right knee and not any ligament or structural damage, according to a person familiar with the medical test results.
Johnson got hurt early in the fourth quarter of Denver's 131-130 loss at Dallas on Tuesday night.
Johnson is averaging 11.7 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.4 assists this season for a Nuggets team sitting third in the Western Conference standings.
The Nuggets host the Minnesota Timberwolves on Thursday (10:30 p.m. ET / 7:30 p.m. PT, Sportsnet, Sportsnet+)
