The Toronto Raptors are reportedly waiving Jared Rhoden, per Sportrac's Keith Smith.
This opens up another two-way roster spot for the Raptors’ front office.
Collin Murray-Boyles, Toronto's ninth overall pick 2025 NBA Draft, recently agreed to a rookie-scale contract. Second-round pick Alijah Martin has yet to sign.
Rhoden, 25, appeared in ten games for the Raptors last season after a successful stint with the Raptors 905.
The Baldwin, N.Y. native averaged 19.3 points, 6.8 rebounds 3.4 assists in the G League and the Raptors eventually rewarded with a two-way contract on March 4.
The six-foot-six wing finished the NBA season averaging 11.4 points on 50.6 per cent shooting from the field and 32.4 per cent from three. In his final appearance for the Raptors, Rhoden scored a team-high 23 points off the bench in a 126-96 win over the Charlotte Hornets.
