Rondae Hollis-Jefferson has reached an agreement with the Minnesota Timberwolves, according to Chris Haynes of Yahoo! Sports.
Hollis-Jefferson spent the 2019 season with the Toronto Raptors, averaging seven points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.8 assists through 60 games. He played sparingly in the post-season, averaging 7.8 minutes per game and 2.8 points through five appearances.

The 25-year-old was a first-round selection, 23rd overall, made by the Portland Trail Blazers in 2015 before getting traded to the Brooklyn Nets. Hollis-Jefferson spent his first four seasons with the Nets, mostly coming off the bench before signing in Toronto as an unrestricted free agent.
