The Oklahoma City Thunder's starting five is nearing full health.
Jalen Williams will return to the lineup on Monday against the Philadelphia 76ers, ESPN's Shams Charania reported Sunday.
He has missed the last five-plus weeks with a hamstring strain, his second strain of the season.
Williams has been limited to just 26 games this campaign. He missed the first 19 games of the year while recovering from surgery on his right wrist, which he injured in the final week of the 2024-25 regular season.
The third-team All-NBA selection last season is averaging 17.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and 5.4 assists this season on a career-worst 47.9 per cent shooting and 31.3 per cent from three.
Now healthy, the Thunder hope Williams will be able to find his previous form before the playoffs with 11 regular-season games left.
Williams averaged 21.4 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.8 assists in the 2025 playoffs en route to the Thunder winning the NBA Championship.
The Thunder have struggled with injuries this season; their usual starting lineup of Williams, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Lu Dort, Chet Holmgren and Isiah Hartenstein has played just five games together thus far.
Despite the setbacks, Oklahoma City sits atop the NBA with a 56-15 record.
