Golden State Warriors rookie James Wiseman has suffered a torn right meniscus, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Wiseman will reportedly consult with doctors about potential treatment options but the expectation is that he could miss the rest of the regular season.

The second-overall pick from the 2020 NBA Draft was injured in the second quarter against the Houston Rockets Saturday after hitting the court hard when his dunk attempt was blocked by KJ Martin. Wiseman got up limping and was taken to the locker room for further examination on his right knee.

Wiseman also missed 11 games earlier this season with a wrist injury. The 19-year-old is averaging 11.5 points and 5.8 rebounds in 39 games this season.
