Golden State Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins has returned to practice following a week away, The Athletic's Shams Charania reported Tuesday afternoon.
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr added that Wiggins will play on Wednesday against the Milwaukee Bucks, and while his minute load isn't decided, the Thornhill, Ont.-native could get the start, per ESPN's Kendra Andrews.
Earlier on Tuesday, Charania revealed the 29-year-old was expected to return to team activities after tending to a personal family matter.
Wiggins missed the previous four games. Without him, the Warriors went 3-1 on their four-game road trip last week, winning in Washington, New York and Toronto before getting trounced by Boston on Sunday.
Golden State moves into this week with a 32-28 record, 10th in the Western Conference. However, they are 11-3 in their last 14 games and are hoping to climb the table.
The Warriors face the Bucks on Wednesday night at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT. Catch all the action on Sportsnet and Sportsnet+.
