Seems Cowboys boss Jerry Jones has relinquished his title as the least popular general manager in Dallas.
After a Dallas Mavericks game on Monday featured fan protests and ejections, Mavs GM Nico Harrison got very similar treatment when he went to do some college scouting in the city Tuesday.
Harrison, facing heavy criticism for his decision to trade Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers week, was greeted by chants of "Fire Nico" from the student section and young fans at SMU's game against Pittsburgh, per the Dallas Morning News.
With fan resentment seemingly growing by the minute, the Mavericks are back home on Wednesday to face the Golden State Warriors.
Meanwhile, The Athletic reported that Mavs legend Dirk Nowitzki travelled to Los Angeles on Monday to see Doncic's debut as a Laker, which took place the same night as a Dallas home game.
Nowitzki simply used one emoji to give his thoughts on the Doncic trade in the immediate aftermath.
