Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander won't play vs. Rockets with quad injury

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander will not play in Wednesday's game against the Houston Rockets because of a quad injury.

It is just the second game Gilgeous-Alexander will have missed this season.

The Thunder are playing on the second half of a back-to-back. Gilgeous-Alexander suffered the injury against the Utah Jazz.

The Toronto native is having an MVP-calibre season, averaging 30.4 points, 5.6 rebounds and 6.3 assists per game.
