'About time!': Lowry joins chorus celebrating VanVleet's remarkable night

Fred VanVleet had 37 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists to earn his first career triple-double, as the Toronto Raptors erased a 13-point halftime deficit to defeat the Utah Jazz 122-108.

For much of Friday's game against a severely depleted Utah Jazz team, the Toronto Raptors were out of it, playing uninspired basketball. Then Fred VanVleet happened.

With a singularly great performance that saw him score 20 points in just over four minutes, the Bet On Yourself star changed the Raptors' fate.

From a former teammate who took his talents to South Beach, to the broader NBA community, the praise for VanVleet came from all angles.
