The Memphis Grizzlies and point guard De’Anthony Melton have agreed to a four-year deal worth $35 million, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Melton will earn $9.6 million in net salary next season, Charania notes, which will be the highest mark among his 2018 draft class. In two seasons since being selected 46th overall, Melton has averaged 6.4 points and 3.0 assists in 110 games (39 starts).

Melton played 60 games for the Grizzlies in 2019-20, averaging 19.5 minutes, and returns to them after hitting restricted free agency.
