The seven-time All-Star played for the Chicago Sky, Phoenix Mercury, Indiana Fever, Seattle Storm and Atlanta Dream in her time in the WNBA and was named an All-Star in 2019 with the Fever.

Dupree also averaged in double-digit scoring in her WNBA career from 2006-2020, and after playing just 26 games between Seattle and Atlanta in 2021 decided to take the path of coaching.
