Raptors having conversations with teams that want into top 10 at draft

Raptors assistant GM Dan Tolzman says it doesn’t seem like there’s many options for them to move up at the NBA Draft, but says there is definitely interest in teams trying to get their pick, but there’s no percentage chance that they do either.
