Bears' Justin Fields cleared to play, will start Sunday vs. Packers

Chicago Bears rookie quarterback Justin Fields has been medically cleared to play and will start Sunday night against the Green Bay Packers, head coach Matt Nagy announced Wednesday.

Coach Nagy announced that Justin Fields has been medically cleared and will start on Sunday.

Fields has been sidelined since injuring his ribs in Chicago’s Week 11 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens on Nov. 21.

The Ohio State product has thrown for 1361 yards and four touchdowns in the 10 appearances he has made this season.
