Josh Allen will be without one of his top targets as the Buffalo Bills take on the Los Angeles Rams on Monday.
Wide receiver DJ Moore was ruled out by the Bills before kick-off after leaving Week 4's loss to the New England Patriots early with a shoulder injury.
The nine-year NFL veteran went through a pregame workout at SoFi Stadium before being ruled out.
Fellow wideout Joshua Palmer and defensive lineman Ed Oliver were also among the notable inactives for Buffalo.
Moore landed hard on his left shoulder while attempting to catch a ball against New England on the sideline and was in the blue medical tent for an extended period of time before heading to the locker room.
The veteran receiver had one catch for 11 yards before exiting.
After the game, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that Moore aggravated the same shoulder injury that he suffered in Week 2 against the Detroit Lions.
The 29-year-old has 12 receptions for 178 yards and one touchdown through four games this season.
He is in his first year with the Bills after landing in Buffalo via an off-season trade with the Chicago Bears.
Buffalo also will be without top nickel back Dee Alford, who missed two days of practice this week with an ankle injury, but cornerback Christian Benford is back in uniform after missing one game with a toe injury.
Receiver Skyler Bell, a rookie fourth-round pick out of Connecticut, is active for Buffalo for the first time this season.
Do-it-all defensive back Quentin Lake is active for the Rams after missing most of the past week of practice because of a hip injury.
Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald also is active after missing one game with a sore back.
