Buccaneers, Chiefs headline favourites on Week 14 NFL odds

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers can take another step towards clinching the NFC South title for the first time since 2007 when they host the Buffalo Bills on Sunday as 3.5-point favourites on the NFL odds for Week 14 at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com.

Tampa Bay improved its straight-up record to 9-3 with last weekend's 30-17 win in Atlanta, and sports a four-game lead atop the division standings with just five games remaining ahead of Sunday afternoon's matchup at Raymond James Stadium.

Currently set as +550 favourites on the Super Bowl 56 odds, the Buccaneers have averaged 32.7 points per game during a 3-0 SU run. In addition to averaging 38.2 points per game during a 5-0 SU run at home, the Buccaneers have limited opponents to just 10 points per game over their past three home dates.

That is bad news for the Bills, who have seen their offence sputter during a 2-3 SU run, capped by Monday night's 14-10 loss to New England. Buffalo has mustered just 10.3 points per game over its three recent defeats. The Bills did manage to rack up 76 total points in recent road wins over New Orleans and the New York Jets. However, they face a huge task to reverse a lengthy track history of futility in Tampa Bay, where they have averaged just 9.6 points per game while going 1-4 SU and 0-5 ATS since 1986.

Elsewhere this week, fresh off of Sunday night's 22-9 win over Denver the Kansas City Chiefs look to extend their lead atop the AFC West as they host the Las Vegas Raiders as 9.5-point favourites at online betting sites. Winners of five straight, the Chiefs have emerged as a defensive force while limiting opponents to just 11.2 points per game during that stretch, including a crushing 41-14 win in Las Vegas four weeks ago. SU and ATS losers in four of their past five games overall, the Raiders have been limited to 17 or fewer points seven times during a 1-7 SU run when visiting Arrowhead Stadium.
