The New York Giants will be missing one of their top offensive players for a second game in a row on Sunday night.
Star wide receiver Malik Nabers has been ruled out of a game against the Cincinnati Bengals as he remains in concussion protocol, the Giants (2-3) announced Friday.
The rookie was hurt late in the Giants' loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Sept. 26.
Nabers is tied for eighth in the league with 386 yards this season. He also has three touchdowns.
The LSU product was picked sixth overall by the Giants in this year's NFL Draft.
Nabers' injury has resulted in more playing time for Canadian rookie tight end Theo Johnson, who had five catches for 48 yards last week in a win over the Seattle Seahawks. Johnson had just three receptions in his first four games.
