The Seattle Seahawks proved this to be true at Super Bowl LX by completely stifling the New England Patriots en route to a 29-13 victory and their second championship in franchise history.
The NFL's best defence was making New England quarterback Drake Maye pay, recording six sacks and two interceptions. In fact, Maye and the Patriots were held scoreless until the fourth quarter.
