Ravens bring back QB Tyler Huntley
The Baltimore Ravens are keeping Tyler Huntley as Lamar Jackson's backup. The quarterback signed a two-year deal worth up to $11 million to return to Baltimore. Huntley threw two touchdowns and had a 103.1 passer rating in five appearances in 2025.
49ers extend K Eddy Pineiro
The San Francisco 49ers are happy with their kicker. Eddy Pineiro has agreed to a four-year, $17-million extension with $10 million guaranteed. Pineiro made 28 of 29 field goals last year in his first season with San Francisco.

Packers acquire LB Zaire Franklin
Green Bay adds a tackling machine in linebacker Zaire Franklin, sending defensive tackle Colby Wooden to the Colts. Franklin, 29, amassed 125 tackles last season and led the NFL with 173 in 2024.

The Eagles and Jordan Davis agreed to a three-year, $78-million extension with $65 million guaranteed. The deal makes Davis the highest-paid nose tackle in NFL history.

Darious Williams has called it a career after eight seasons. The 32-year-old recorded 12 interceptions and won the Super Bowl in 2021.
Bills retain C Connor McGovern
The Buffalo Bills opted not to let Pro Bowl centre Connor McGovern reach free agency, instead signing him to a new four-year, $52-million deal that includes $32 million guaranteed. The six-year vet has been a workhorse over his career, never playing fewer than 14 games in a season, and hasn't missed a game since 2022.

Ravens land DE Maxx Crosby
The Baltimore Ravens make a huge splash, landing Raiders star pass rusher Maxx Crosby in exchange for two first-round picks (2026, 2027). Crosby has 69.5 sacks in seven seasons, and has reached double digits four times.

Bears acquire C Garrett Bradbury
Chicago made quick work to fill their hole at centre, trading for Garrett Bradbury from the Patriots in exchange for a fifth-round pick (2027). Bradbury started all 17 games last season and has one year left on his contract.
Raiders cut G Alex Cappa
A veteran guard has hit the market, with the Raiders releasing Alex Cappa after one season with the team. He started eight games last year.

Vikings C Ryan Kelly retires
Vikings centre Ryan Kelly is hanging up the cleats. The 32-year-old made 129 starts over his career and was named to four Pro Bowls.

Patriots re-sign QB Tommy DeVito
The Patriots extended quarterback Tommy DeVito on a two-year, $7.4-million deal. The 27-year-old fan favourite served as New England's No. 3 QB last season.
Commanders bring back K Jake Moody
The Commanders re-signed kicker Jake Moody to a one-year deal. The 26-year-old went 10-for-11 on field goals and 10-for-11 on extra points with Washington last season.
Raiders moving on from QB Geno Smith
Las Vegas is moving on from last season's starting quarterback Geno Smith, who will be released if a trade cannot be made before the new league year begins. Smith threw for 3,025 yards with 19 touchdowns and 17 interceptions last season.

Texans reward DE Danielle Hunter
The Texans rewarded one of the NFL's top pass rushers, handing Danielle Hunter a one-year, $40.1-million extension that keeps him in Houston through the 2027 season. Last year, the 31-year-old totalled 15 sacks and three forced fumbles.
Bears release LB Tremaine Edmunds
The Bears plan to release starting linebacker Tremaine Edmunds, saving the team $15 million in cap space. The former Bill, 27, logged 335 tackles in three seasons in Chicago.
Rams re-sign TE Tyler Higbee
Tyler Higbee is staying in Los Angeles, signing a two-year, $8-million extension with the Rams. Higbee holds the franchise record in all major receiving categories by a tight end with 386 catches, 3,949 yards and 27 scores.

Minnesota is releasing a pair of defensive tackles after just one season in Javon Hargrave and Jonathan Allen. Both Hargrave and Allen logged 3.5 sacks last season and each have been named to two Pro Bowls.
Patriots cut WR Stefon Diggs
For the fourth time in as many seasons, Stefon Diggs will have a new home as he was informed of his release by the Patriots. The wide receiver caught 85 passes for 1,013 yards and four TDs last year.

Rams get CB Trent McDuffie from Chiefs
The Rams add a former All-Pro to their secondary, acquiring cornerback Trent McDuffie from the Chiefs for first-, fifth and sixth-round picks in 2026 and a third in 2027.
