The NFL off-season is in full effect for the teams at home watching the playoffs.
Coaches, general managers and organizations are heading in different directions as they look for a new voice to lead their locker rooms and front offices.
Here is an updated tracker on all the latest news surrounding the firings, interviews and hirings.

Sean McDermott was let go on Jan. 19 after yet another successful regular-season ended with playoff disappointment. The somewhat surprising firing ended a nine-year partnership and puts Buffalo back in the market for a head coach.
Whoever replaces McDermott will have big shoes to fill after he led the Bills to five AFC East titles and eight playoff appearances, albeit without a Super Bowl berth.
